Mark the actual areas you want reviewed: potholes, settled sections, broken edges, wheel paths or the entire lot. Note whether damage returns after previous repairs and whether water remains after rain. Those observations help distinguish an isolated surface repair from work that may need excavation and base correction. A photo and a measured area are a useful starting point; an on-site review may be needed before final pricing.
