Lindsley Excavating provides asphalt paving and base preparation for parking lots, driveways, access roads and site improvements. We review the surface, underlying base, drainage and vehicle use together so the proposed work addresses the full pavement area.
Photos, dimensions and a description of cracking, rutting or settlement help distinguish localized repairs from broader replacement. Existing pavement may require removal and base correction before a new surface is placed. An overlay and a full reconstruction are different scopes and should be priced that way.
Passenger parking, delivery traffic, equipment access and heavy truck movements place different demands on a pavement section. Provide the engineer’s aggregate and asphalt specifications, anticipated vehicle loads and turning areas. We price the specified section and identify where design information is still needed.
For an occupied business, identify parking that must remain available, delivery hours, accessible routes and entrances. A phased paving plan can separate work areas and coordinate closures. Drainage structures, utility covers and tie-ins need to be included in the limits of work rather than left to the end.
